  • 4 to 6 working days: Austria, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Norway, Finland, Gibraltar, Croatia, Ireland, Malta, Sweden, Vatican, Guernsey, Jersey and San Marino
  • 7 working days: Isle of Man and Liechtenstein
• In case of a first failed delivery attempt:
  • A second home delivery attempt will be perform for the following destinations: Belgium and Italy
  • For the other destinations, the parcel will be dropped off in a relay points

• The maximum parcel Length is 100 cm

Invoiced weight

• Volumetric coefficient is equal to 5000
• Volumetric Weight (VW) application if it’s greater than the Real Weight (RW) of the parcel

  • You want to ship a product measuring 45 x 20 x 15 cm and weighing 3 kg
  • Your packaging measures 50 x 30 x 20 cm and weighs 3,5 kg (product + packaging weight)
  • VW = 6 kg and RW = 3,5 kg
  • You will be charged for a 6 kg shipment
• Example 2
  • You want to ship a product measuring 45 x 20 x 15 cm and weighing 7 kg
  • Your packaging measures 50 x 30 x 20 cm and weighs 7,5 kg (product + packaging weight)
  • VW = 6 kg and RW = 7,5 kg
  • You will be charged for a 7,5 kg shipment
