- Delivery time guaranteed of one working day*: in case of non respect of the delivery time the order fulfillment costs are reimbursed by Bigblue**
- Delivery service without signature
- The photo of the parcel serves as proof of delivery and is available on the carrier's tracking system
- In case of failed delivery attempt:
- at first failed delivery attempt, the consignee will receive an sms/email notification to reschedule the delivery or ask the parcel to be delivered in a safeplace or a post office or Royal Mail Depot. In absence of reply for the end customer, the carrier will, by default, proceed to a second delivery attempt.
- at second failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be redirected to the post office, where it will be available for pick-up during 18 days.

*The guaranteed delivery time is one working day for all orders placed before 12:50pm and with an “AUTO-FULFILL DELAY (MINUTES)” of 5 minutes maximum.
