The best carrier is selected to achieve a next day home delivery with the highest quality for letter-boxable items

  • Delivery time of one working day*: in case of non respect of the delivery time the order fulfillment costs are reimbursed by Bigblue**
  • Delivery service without signature
  • The photo of the letter serves as proof of delivery and is available on the carrier's tracking system
  • In case of a failed delivery attempt,
    • at first failed delivery attempt, the consignee will receive an sms/email notification to reschedule the delivery or ask the parcel to be delivered in a safeplace or a post office or Royal Mail Depot. In absence of reply for the end customer, the carrier will, by default, proceed to a second delivery attempt.
    • at second failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be redirected to the post office, where it will be available for pick-up during 18 days.

*The guaranteed delivery time is one working day for all orders placed before 12:50pm and with an “AUTO-FULFILL DELAY (MINUTES)” of 5 minutes maximum. For a “AUTO-FULFILL DELAY (MINUTES)” of 10 minutes, orders have to be placed before 12:45pm to be delivered next day, etc… Otherwise the guaranteed delivery time is 2 working days


**Fulfillment costs aren’t reimbursed in the event that:

  • the buyer is responsible for the delivery delay: address change, incorrect address, pick up delivery requested, …
  • force majeure case: strikes or exceptional weather conditions for example
