In case of failed delivery attempt, the parcel is put at a UPS access point. The parcel is available for pick up during 8 days. The consignee can ask for another delivery attempt. In case of a second delivery failure, the parcel is returned to the sender.

The maximum weight is 70kg. For multi-parcel shipments, the sum of the parcels' volumetric weight applies.
The maximum parcel length is 274cm and maximum length + girth is 400cm.
There are surcharges for:
- Any article that is encased in an outside shipping container made of metal or wood.
- Any cylindrical item, such as a barrel, drum, pail, or tire, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container.
- Any package with the longest side exceeding 100 cm or its second-longest side exceeding 30 inches (76 cm).
- Any import, export or domestic package with an actual weight greater than 25 kg.
- Each import, export or domestic package in a shipment where the average weight per package is greater than 25 kg and the weight for each package is not specified on the source document or the UPS automated shipping system used.

The real weight is used for invoicing, in addition to the volumetric weight
