• Delivery against signature is only available with the service Expert (additional fees)
• In case of a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is automatically re-routed to the nearest Post Office or partner pickup point and remains there for 7 days

• The maximum weight is 30 kg
• The maximum parcel length is 100cm and maximum total parcel size is 150cm

Real weight is used for invoicing in Metropolitan France. Volumetric weight is used for OM zones.
