Main characteristics of the transport offer
- Express home delivery solution
- Delivery by 6pm on day+1 if fulfilled in the Bigblue Portal before 1pm
- Parcels are tracked and delivered against signature
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is automatically re-routed to the nearest pick-up point where it will be kept 7 days before being returned to the sender if not picked up.

- The maximum weight is 30 kg
- The maximum parcel length is 150cm and maximum length + girth is 300cm
Delivery Process
The evening before the delivery, the end customer receives an email with a QR code and a PIN code. If the end customer does not open the email before 7pm, the same information is sent to the end customer by sms.
On the day of the delivery, the end customer receives email + sms with the QR code and the pin code. The Pin code will be required by the driver performing the delivery. Such pin code acts as proof of delivery.
If upon delivery the end customer does not have the pin code, the parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point where the end customer can collect it with an ID (in this case, the pin code is not necessary).
Invoiced weight
The volumetric weight is billed is applied for the invoicing if the volumetric weight is two times greater than the real weight.
