Main characteristics of the transport offer

• Express delivery solution for B2B only
• Delivery by 1pm on day+1 if fulfilled in the Bigblue Portal before 1pm
• Parcels are tracked and delivered against signature
• In case of a failed delivery attempt, the parcel is re-routed in a Chronopost office and instructions are expected (within 10 days). If delivery instructions are received, a second delivery attempt is done. If the second delivery attempt fails, the parcel is then sent back to the sender.

Invoiced weight

The volumetric weight is billed is applied for the invoicing if the volumetric weight is two times greater than the real weight.
