Compensation Exception

As an economical delivery solution, Delivengo does not provide financial compensation for parcel losses or damages. However, if a delay is observed during the shipment of a parcel, our Care Team is capable of opening an investigation with the carrier to try to locate the parcel. The maximum response time for these investigations is:

• 15 days if the parcel is destined for the European Union
• 35 days for the rest of the world
