KN Road Affrètement (France only)
Pallet delivery solution from 1 to 33 pallets from France.
Countries covered: all countries in the customs union, i.e. all European Union countries except Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain.
3 possible services:
- Standard delivery service
- The carrier makes an appointment for delivery if the relevant information is entered in the Bigblue app.
- The carrier delivers at a specific date/time if the corresponding information is entered in the Bigblue app.
- Maximum weight: 1 tonne/pallet
- Pallets are delivered against signature
- Delivery times: between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Invoicing based on the number of pallets.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery
If your order is prepared before 1:30 pm, it will be collected on the next working day. If your order is prepared after 1:30 pm, it will be collected on D+2 (working days).
In France, delivery can be performed same day (in the Paris region). If not in the Paris area, please account for a 1-day delivery SLA (except Corsica).In Europe, transit times are 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery with appointment
If your order is prepared before 1:30 pm, the appointment with the recipient will be initiated the same day.If your order is prepared after 1:30 pm, the appointment with the recipient will be initiated on D+2 (working days).
The date of collection and delivery of the order depends on the appointment obtained by KN Road Affrètement.

Tailgate
What is a tailgate?
A tailgate is the rear panel of a truck. Opening from top to bottom or bottom to top, it enables pallets to be loaded and unloaded without a loading dock.
When is a tailgate necessary?
All our warehouses are equipped with loading docks, so the decision as to whether or not a tailgate is required depends solely on the consignee.
If the consignee does not have a loading dock, then a tailgate is required.

How do I indicate in the app that a tailgate is required for proper delivery of my order?
In the Shipping method section, you can request a tailgate by checking the appropriate box.
By default, if this box is not checked, no tailgate request will be made to the carrier.NB: Tailgate requests are subject to a 25-euros surcharge appearing in your rates.
