Customer return solutions (from France)

🗣 Bigblue offers 2 return solutions from France:

  • Colissimo
  • Mondial Relay

These two options cannot be combined; merchants must choose one or the other, taking into account the price of each solution, and the specific features of each in terms of customer experience.

Colissimo :

Available in Metropolitan France

When a customer initiates a return request, a label is provided in PDF format. This label must be printed and affixed to the return package.

It is possible to print the return label at the post office by scanning the barcode of the provided label.
