Proof of delivery
The Proof of Delivery (POD) is a document or digital confirmation that verifies the successful delivery of goods to the intended recipient.
Why is it useful?
- Buyer assurance: ensures buyers that their package has been delivered securely.
- Dispute resolution: helps resolve disputes by verifying the specifics of a delivery (who signed to collect the package for example)
Which carriers have Proofs of Delivery?
All counter-signature carriers have PODs.
They can be downloaded from the tracking link in the order's page for:
- Colissimo (domestic deliveries only)
- Chronopost (available the day following the delivery, except for express international)
- Paack
- DPD
- Correos (domestic home deliveries only)
- Seur
- KN Road
Alternatively, they can be requested by our Care team to the carrier.
How can I access the PoD from the app?
Go to the order page, click the fulfillment's tracking link and click "Request proof of delivery".
