Post-purchase upsell
Unlock post-purchase upsell with Bigblue. Help your customers add an extra item to their order for an exclusive discount.
What is it?
- 10min after their order is confirmed, your customer receives an email with a special offer that you crafted
- Then, they have one hour to accept it
- If they click on the link in the email, they are redirected to a Shopify checkout to pay the extra item
(optional) if the item has variants (size/options), they will see a temporary screen to select the variant they want
- Once the payment is finalized, the item is added to the order
- The new item is shipped in the same fulfillment
