Post-purchase upsell

Unlock post-purchase upsell with Bigblue. Help your customers add an extra item to their order for an exclusive discount.


What is it?

  1. 10min after their order is confirmed, your customer receives an email with a special offer that you crafted
  2. Then, they have one hour to accept it
  3. If they click on the link in the email, they are redirected to a Shopify checkout to pay the extra item

(optional) if the item has variants (size/options), they will see a temporary screen to select the variant they want

  1. Once the payment is finalized, the item is added to the order
  2. The new item is shipped in the same fulfillment
