Considerations when creating an order to Amazon
When creating an order to Amazon, review the following considerations:
- Customer info are not required because they are retrieved from Amazon when the shipment is created in Seller Central.
- Using Bigblue carriers is not possible. To maximize delivery success, using carriers from the Amazon-partner-carrier program is advised.
- Make sure you wait for order preparation to be over before creating the shipment in Seller Central. For label retrieval and warehouse operations to work, packing list must be exactly similar.
