Seur B2C

For SEUR B2C we have two different services available:

seur-home-24

• Method: Delivered to the recipient's address
• Next business day delivery (Peninsula) and 48-72h for Balearic / Canary Islands
• Delivery attempts: 1
• Failed delivery:
  • ES → deposit at pickup point
    • Remains at the pickup point for 10 calendar days from the day after notification. If not collected, it is returned
    • PT → no deposit at pickup point. It is returned to the warehouse

• Pickup at Seur office
  • Method: Delivered to the Seur office designated by the sender
    • Remains at the pickup point for 10 calendar days from the day after notification. If not collected, it is returned to the warehouse
  • Single package
  • Maximum weight: 20 kg
  • Maximum dimensions: maximum length 100 cm and (length + width + height) < 150 cm
• Pickup at Seur locker (Seur Locker)
  • Method: Delivered to the Seur locker designated by the sender
    • Remains at the pickup point for 5 calendar days from the day after notification. If not collected, it is returned to the warehouse
  • Maximum weight: 5 kg
  • Maximum dimensions: length + width + height < 100 cm
