Correos Express

For Correos Express we have two different services available

Paqecommerce

• Method: Delivered at the recipients address
• Coverage: ES, Balearic, PT
• Delivery attempts: 1
• Failed delivery → drop-off at pickup location
  • Stays 7 calendar days at pickup location from the following date of notice. If not collected, returned
  • PIN code shared to recipient for the pickup via email/sms
• Dimensions:
  • Max weight: 15kg
  • Max measures: longest dimension must not exceed 150 cm
• Recipient modifications:
  • Deviation to PUP - ✅
  • Address change - ✅
  • Change of date/time - ❌
• During Peak Season (From November 15 to January 15) Correos Express is allowed to deliver straight to PUP

Paq24

• Method: Delivered at the recipients address
• Coverage: ES, Balearic, Canary, Ceuta, Melilla, AD, PT and Gibraltar
• Delivery attempts: 2
  • Second attempt only if recipient solves incident over first unsuccessful attempt
  • Email and SMS will be sent to ask recipient for instructions for second attempt
  • If no reply from recipient, no second attempt performed and returned after 7 calendar days from first attempt
• Dimensions:
  • Max weight: 40kg
  • Max measures: longest dimension must not exceed 150 cm and sum of dimensions must be lower than 240cm
• Recipient modifications:
  • Deviation to PUP - ✅
  • Address change - ✅
  • Change of date/time - ✅

Invoiced weight

Volumetric weight is used for invoicing. Volumetric conversion: 125 kg/m3
