  • 4 to 6 working days: Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway
  • 6 to 10 working days: Bosnia, Greece, Serbia
• In case of a first failed delivery attempt:
  • The parcel will be dropped off in a Pickup point, stays 10 calendar days at pickup location from the following date of notice. If not collected, returned

• The maximum parcel Weight is 30 kg
• The maximum parcel Length is 175 cm
• The maximum parcel Length + Width + Height is 300 cm

Invoiced weight

All shipments are invoiced based on volumetric weight, with 125 kg/m3 conversion factor.
