Cross-border parcel service ≤ 30kg, dispatched from the UK to the EU and worldwide. The same physical network is offered under three customs / tax models:

Invoiced weight (billing weight)
- EU destinations: the higher of declared or actual.
- USA Postal: the higher of declared or actual, based on an average volumetric ratio ≤ 1.3 (above this, Starlinks reserve the right to review rates).
- All other lanes: the greatest of declared, actual or volumetric weight, using L × W × H / 6000.

Delivery aims are indicative business-day ranges, not guaranteed transit times.
