Key features of this shipping offer

• Delivery to an InPost parcel locker or pickup point, chosen by the end customer
• A delivery service without signature: the customer is notified by email and collects their parcel with a pickup code or QR code
• Estimated delivery time:
  • 1 business day for the Milan area
  • 2 business days for the rest of mainland Italy
  • 3 business days for Southern Italy and the islands
• The customer has 3 business days to collect their parcel. After this period, the parcel is returned to the warehouse.
• If the chosen locker or pickup point is unavailable, the parcel is redirected to a nearby InPost point and the customer is notified by email.

Parcel specifications

• The maximum parcel weight is 25 kg
• Locker delivery: the parcel must fit one of the 3 locker sizes:

• Pickup point delivery: the longest side must not exceed 120 cm, and the sum (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 150 cm.

Billed weight

• The billed weight is the actual weight.
• A fuel surcharge applies to every shipment.
