Billing and invoices

Your billing settings are organized into two main sections under Settings > Billing:

  1. Billing information – Access and update your company details, tax identification, and payment methods.
  2. Invoices – View, download, and track your invoices and payment history.

💡 Note: In both Billing Information and Invoices, you can view your details by country (France, UK, Spain, and Germany).

Follow the steps below to set up and manage your billing effectively.


1. Access your billing settings

  • Go to Settings in your Bigblue account.
  • Click on Billing information

2. Enter or verify your billing information

On the Billing Information tab:

  • Fill in your company’s details, including:
    • General information
    • Tax information

💡 Tip: Double-check all information, as it will appear on invoices and credit notes.

3. Add a payment method

Before shipping your orders, make sure your payment method is added:

  1. Scroll to the Payment methods section.
  2. Click Add a payment method.
  3. Enter the required details: account holder name, billing address, and IBAN.

☝️ Note: If your bank account number format differs from the one required by Bigblue, contact our support team at help@bigblue.io.


4. Track your invoices and payment history

On the Invoices tab, you can access all your uploaded invoices and payment records.

For each invoice:

  • Click A to download a CSV file with detailed billing information.
  • Click B to view the invoice as a PDF in a new browser tab.

This allows you to efficiently track payments, generate reports, and keep all billing information in one place.

You’re all set! Your billing information, payment methods, and invoices are now fully accessible and ready to manage.
