Billing and invoices

Are you looking to have a feature that centralises your Bigblue invoices, billing details, and payment history? Follow the steps listed below to enable this feature!

1. Access your Billing settings

  • Hover over your initials at the bottom left corner
  • Click on Billing

2. Enter/Verify your billing information

While on the Billing information tab, fill in your company's:

  • General information

💡 Make sure to double-check the information you provide as it will be used for billing and will appear on invoices and credit notes.

  • Tax information

3. Add a payment method to authorise Bigblue to debit your account

☝️ Keep in mind that your payment method should be set up before you start shipping your orders!

  • Access the Payment methods tab
  • Click on Add a payment method

  • Enter your Name, Email address, and IBAN

💡 If your bank account number has a different format than the one required by the app, please inform our team by contacting us at the following address:

  • Click on Submit payment method

Now you are all set up and ready to start tracking your payment history, invoices, and billing details!

4. Track your payment history, invoices, and billing details

  • Access the Invoices tab where all of the invoices you receive are uploaded
  • For each invoice you may click on:
    • "A" to check the corresponding billing details

      💡 Once you click on the icon, a CSV file will automatically be downloaded.

    • "B" to see your invoice in pdf form

      💡 Once you click on the icon, the pdf file will open in a new browser tab.
