🚀 Allow your customers to edit their shipping address even after placing an order with Bigblue’s Tracking Page.
Most shipments fail to deliver because the customer entered the incorrect address by mistake. Bigblue got you covered. Your customers now have a way to edit their addresses.
How?
On Bigblue’s tracking page, they can find a button to edit their address as long as the shipping label has not been printed.
When can a customer edit their address?
Anytime before Prepared
.
Once the shipping label gets printed and placed on the packaged, the order status switches to Prepared
. The address is no longer editable, and the button "Edit" is hidden.

Help Center or FAQ on your website
If you have a Help Center or FAQ on your website, we recommend that you add or edit the article about shipping address modifications and redirect your buyers to the Tracking Page.
Order confirmation email / Order confirmation page / Customer account
