Most shipments fail to deliver because the customer entered the incorrect address by mistake. Bigblue got you covered. Your customers now have a way to edit their addresses
How?
On Bigblue’s tracking page, they now find a button to edit their address as long as the label has not been printed.
When can a customer edit their address?
Anytime before PREPARED
.
When the order switches to Prepared
, the label has been printed and placed on the package. The address is no longer editable. To make it clear for buyers, we hide the button “Edit” when orders can't be edited anymore.
💡 We advise you to add the link to your tracking page in your assets (order confirmed email, FAQ, support tool macros). More information below ⤵️.

Your FAQ on your website
If you have a help center/FAQ on your website, we recommend that you add or edit the article around shipping address modifications and redirect your buyers to the Tracking Page link.
Order confirmation Email / Order confirmation Page / Customer account
If you have accounts in your store or if you can edit your “Order confirmation” emails or "Order confirmation Page", we recommend adding an “Edit” button next to the shipping address.
