This is your home to follow your post-purchase upsells.

  • In the tab "Upsell", you will be able to create and order funnels.
  • In the tab "Orders," you can browse orders that were targeted by the Upsell flow and see which ones have resulted in successful upsells.

  1. Click on "Create funnel" to create your first offer.

All you have to do is configure your flow as you wish!

In the Upsell page, click on "Create funnel"

a. Choose a name that clearly describes the offer, making it easy to identify in the list.

b. Define the conditions for your flow to apply

    • This could include: all orders, orders with specific tags, and/or specific products.
    • You can use the AND/OR field to combine a condition on order tags and on products in the order.

c. Set up the offer: which product you'll suggest to your customers

    • Select the product(s) of your choice and the discount percentage (%)

💡 Advice

  • While the number of products is not limited, we strongly recommend selecting between 1 and 4 products.
  • Discounts of 20% or more convert better than lower discounts.
  • For upselling, we advise choosing affordable products. Our data shows that upselling products priced at €30 or more tend to perform worse than those that are more affordable.

d. Pick the Email template. You can select between 2 ready-to-use templates or write your own email:

    • Exclusive: Present a privileged offer to your customers, making them feel special.
    • Urgent: Create a sense of urgency to prompt immediate action from your customers.
    • Custom: You can fully customize the email content
      • You can also add variables (such as the customer's first name, etc.).
      • Note: when using the "Custom" template, all upsell emails will be sent in this same language. Translations are coming soon.
Select the Email template to use

e. Don't forget to hit "Save" on your funnel page.

f. Then, when your funnel is ready, you only need to activate it

Finally, activate the first funnel you've created

Note: after you have created multiple funnels, you can order them. The first funnel matching the order (with the funnel conditions) will be the one pushed to the customer.
