  • France: 16,000 pickup points, including 6,000 lockers with 24/7 access
  • Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: 2,000 pickup points including 200 lockers with 24/7 access
  • Germany: 17,000 pickup points
  • Italy: 7,600 pickup points, including 2,500 lockers with 24/7 access
  • Poland: 26,000 pickup points, including 22,000 lockers with 24/7 access
• Estimated delivery time (in business days):
  • Portugal: 2 days
  • France: 3 days
  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Poland: 4 days
  • Italy and Germany: 5 days
• Storage time (in business days):
  • Portugal, Italy and Germany: 8 days for a classic pickup points. 5 working days for lockers
  • France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg: 5 days
  • Once the storage period has expired, parcels are returned to Bigblue and a surcharge will apply.
• Parcels are delivered to the buyer on presentation of proof of identity and against signature at the post office, by entering the pin code sent by e-mail for a Locker.
