Get ready for the upcoming Peak Period!

This year's Black Friday Cyber Monday period takes place from November 28th to December 1st. And these four days are just the beginning of the Peak season until Christmas eve or even Reyes Magos in Spain 🚀.
Key dates:
- Black Friday: 28/11/25
- Cyber Monday: 01/12/2025
- Christmas Eve: 24/12/2025
- Reyes Magos: 07/01/2025
We've been working hard for over 6 months to prepare for a high volume of packages on our network and our team is ready for the challenges ahead 💪.
There are important updates to Bigblue services that we want you to be aware of. As the Peak Period approaches we will inform of the key dates to be noted.
Stock reception is critical for a successful Peak Period. The closer you get to December, the tighter the margin for errors such as Inbound arrival delays, missing quantities etc.
In order for you to plan stock arrivals, today we want to focus on key Inbound dates.
We strongly recommend you program your main peak stock to arrive before 7th November.

Inbound processing times and Special Operations
From November 21st till December 19th
- In order to prioritize outbound volumes, the processing of inbound shipments with no issues/anomalies and returns may be extended up to 4 working days.
- There should be minimum 2 working days between two inbound deliveries
- All Special Operations will be suspended
