Analytics | How does Benchmark work?
Requirements
The Benchmark feature is only available on the Plus plan. Contact us to learn more about access to additional data and features.
How to enable benchmarks
- Open your “Overview” dashboard.
- In the comparison picker, select “Benchmarks.”
- Benchmark data will automatically appear overlaid on the following charts:
- B2C Orders
- B2B Orders
- Product Return Rate
You’ll see two types of reference data:
- Median performance – represents the midpoint of market performance.
- 25th and 75th percentiles – show the range of typical performance across merchants.

Supported metrics
Benchmarks are currently available for the following metrics and can be applied from the Query Builder
- Orders
- Express Delivery Method Rate
- Pickup Point Delivery Rate
- Product Return Rate
Important notes
For the Orders metric, benchmark data is scaled according to your order volume.
This ensures trend comparisons are accurate and meaningful — allowing you to compare your order trends (growth or decline) rather than absolute order counts.
- Your benchmarks are based on data from merchants operating in the same market, determined by your warehouse country.
