Domestic Delivery
What is it? A delivery made within the same country, without crossing borders or requiring customs.

How to read the year-end cutoffs — Examples 🎄📦
1. France → Domestic (Eco Delivery)
Example 🌿
If you ship from France with Eco delivery and the cutoff is December 18, it means your customers can place their order up to December 18 to receive their package before Christmas 🎁.
Orders placed after this date will arrive after Christmas.
2. France → Germany (International Standard Delivery)
Example 🌍
If you ship from France to Germany using Standard delivery, and the cutoff is December 17, customers can order until December 17 to ensure delivery before December 25 🎅.
Orders placed after this date will not be delivered in time for Christmas.
3. UK → Domestic (Express Delivery)
Example ⚡
If you ship within the UK using Express delivery and the cutoff is December 21, customers can place their order up to December 21 to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery 🎄.
Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Outbound SLA
- From November 24th to December 7th
- Due to BFCM peak volumes in warehouses and carrier networks, slight preparation and shipping delays are to be expected for B2C orders.
- From December 7th to December 23rd
- There may be slight preparation delays at the beginning of the week.
