Amazon | Get started with Amazon FBA replenishments


Amazon FBA replenishments enable you to seamlessly send inventory to Amazon through Bigblue and the Amazon Seller Central portal. Key benefits include:

  1. No double order input between Bigblue and Amazon.
  2. No downtime in FBA labels transmission to the warehouse.
  3. Faster order labelling through a dedicated labeling module in Bigblue’s WMS.

Requirements

Amazon FBA replenishments require the destination marketplace to be an active shop integration. If you haven’t connected your Amazon shops before, start by adding your Amazon account to Bigblue.

Amazon shops are considered Premium integrations, if your plan doesn’t support more premium integrations, consider upgrading your plan. For information about Bigblue Plans upgrades and pricing, contact us.

Incompatible features

Amazon Vendors shipments are currently not supported. If you are part of Amazon Vendor program and need support with shipments to Amazon’s warehouses, please reach out to us.

Set-up checklist before using Amazon FBA replenishments

Amazon FBA replenishments rely on timely information flows between Seller Central and Bigblue. To make your shipments successful, consider the following points before starting:

  1. Make sure each Bigblue SKU is linked to a single Amazon FBA SKU in your shop integration.
    1. This tack should be repeated for each marketplace you want to ship to.
  2. Turn on the Amazon FBA shipment import required notification in your settings to make sure orders never stay stuck.

Create your first order to Amazon

  1. Create an order to Amazon.
  2. Wait for warehouse preparation to be over.
  3. Import the order in Seller Central to create the shipment.
  4. Let the warehouse label the order.
