Order statuses

Understanding the meaning of the orders' statuses is no big deal. Read this article to quickly clear things up!

Where can I find the order statuses?

Go to the Orders tab... and that's it! The statuses of all your orders appear in the far-right column

Each order's status also appears at the top of the order page (cf. red rectangular)

Note: On the same page you will also notice a status in the fulfillment section (cf. orange rectangular). This is different from the order's status as it concerns the fulfillment and not the order. Read our article about the fulfillment's statuses for more details!

 

What do the statuses mean?

Find below the different order statuses along with the corresponding situation of your order:

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.05.47.pngThe order has been created in the Bigblue app and its fulfillment needs to be set up.

The order has been blocked because of an address validation issue. Your attention is required for the order to be unblocked. Read this guide for more information about address validation.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.07.43.pngThere are not enough items in stock to prepare the order. It will be prepared automatically once your stock is replenished or you can split your fulfillment to send the available items first.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.12.31.pngThe order encountered an unexpected issue. Follow this guide to access the carrier's Tracking URL on the order page for more information.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.10.58.pngThe order has been transmitted to Bigblue.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.13.54.pngThe order is being prepared at the warehouse.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.14.59.pngThe order is ready to leave the warehouse and awaiting for the carrier.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.19.14.pngThe order is being transported by the carrier.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.20.58.pngThe order has been delivered.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.21.48.pngThe order has been left at a pickup point by the carrier for your customer.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.22.57.pngThe order is in the process of being returned to the warehouse.

Capture_d_e_cran_2020-02-04_a__11.23.52.pngThe order has been received by the warehouse and quality control has been implemented.
