Track an inbound shipment

How can I keep track of the products I shipped to the warehouse? Easy! Just read this article.

If you don't have any inbound shipment to track yet, consider reading our guides to manually create an inbound shipment, import inbound shipment lines via CSV, or edit an inbound shipment.

The Inbound shipments' list

Access all your inbound shipments in the Inbound Shipments tab, they are sorted by creation date (the most recents are on top of the page) and can be filtered by status, destination, product or supplier.

What's behind inbound shipment statuses?

◽️ Draft The inbound shipment is waiting for you to declare it and enable its reception
◽️ Pending The inbound shipment was transmitted to the warehouse but is not yet arrived
🔹 Arrived The inbound shipment arrived at the warehouse: offloading should start soon
🔹 Offloading Your products are now getting offloaded from the truck, reviewed by our operators, and stored at the warehouse
🔺 Blocked There's an issue for you to solve to unblock the offloading, learn more here
🟢 Complete The products are now properly stored at the warehouse

What's more, any other information I can quickly access from there?

On each line, click in the Items column to quickly view the products in your inbound shipment.

For all the details, click anywhere else on the line corresponding to your inbound shipment.

Detailed information about an inbound shipment

Access the page corresponding to your inbound shipment to get detailed information about the items (to track potential discrepancies), the issues (see next session) and delivery parameters.

On top of the page, the colourful progress bar provides the status of offloaded items at one glance: Accepted, Unexpected, Damaged and Missing.

You can access all the details right below: check Group by discrepancy to instantly sort products by Less than expected, More than expected, and As expected. Click on Export lines to download the same information as an Excel report.
